Drugs have been around for a long time in America. A Drug Definition is –a substance that changes a person’s mental or physical state.
It is amazing how that Drugs of all sorts illegal and legal have so taken over America/and the world that everyone is affected directly or indirectly by them.
There is a drug, pill, injection for any human condition. Any kind of emotional problem is given a name and then a drug is given for it.
–In the Old Days before Big Psychiatry/Big Medicine/Big Pharmacy:
Emotional problems with –Depression/Anxiety/Worry/Fears)–
–Were solved by a relationship with God, Churches, Reading the Bible, Religions, Morality, and Common Sense.
I remember when I was 8 years old sitting in a pew, and the minister of a Lutheran Church in his sermon said, “75% of the reasons people see the doctors was because of Worry and Guilt.”
It seems like most religious peoples nowadays embrace all legal drugs no matter how bad they mess someone up worse. For instance, to them –a person who smokes a cigar, cigarette, joint/pot, and does not have a disease or sickness is a worse person than someone who is on insulin, psychiatric drugs, or has cancer. In most Baptist, Protestant, and Catholic churches a person who is taking insulin, fighting depression with psychiatric drugs, or has cancer is considered a martyr for the cross and is suffering for Jesus.
Parents wouldn’t treat their Kids with Alcohol, Pot, LSD, Meth, or Heroin
but powerful—Mind Altering Psychiatric Drugs that’s okay to give their kids. Society doesn’t tolerate illegal drug addicts who use heroin, meth, cocaine, etc.
But it just fine to make kids addicted to Ritalin, Adderall, Xanax, Percodan, Vicodin, and Paxil.
A person goes to jail for selling meth, heroin, or pain pills to an Addict.
But Doctors can Prescribe powerful Legal Drugs to adult and kid Addicts. Nothing wrong with that, it’s no problem. Not a Crime.
Parents give their kids –Legal Speeds such as (Ritalin and Adderall) which are similar to Methamphetamines. They are harmful to Kid’s Brains chemically. They can change their personalities and emotions and they become worse off. And doctors just keep giving them other drugs to help fix the Side-Effects from the failed drugs they were prescribed originally.
–Thus, in the process it’s a –Never Ending –Drug Treadmill, that never gets better.
All Drugs –circulate throughout the whole body via the bloodstream and affect every organ, the skin, and the brain. As the Bible says in Leviticus 17:11 “The life of the flesh/body –is in the Blood.”
Nowadays, everything is a Diagnosed Syndrome –that is pathological caused by the nature of a physical or mental disease.
–Unhappiness is a Diagnosed Syndrome.
–Obesity is called a Disease.
–Alcoholism is called a Disease.
The granddaddy of Psychiatry Sigmund Freud said –Anxieties are mental diseases.
Because Psychiatry rejects people having a soul and spirit. They believe a person is all chemical in their body and minds.
Psychiatry says the disorders that are and have been –just normal pathological life for everyday humans for centuries –that they have been dealing with –are better done with Drugs prescribed from them. Big Pharmacy and Big Psychiatry are joined at the hip/in cahoots.
Once godless atheistic Evolution took over in America –the floodgates of Psychiatry and Big Pharmacy’s powerful drugs were the panacea/miracle solutions for emotional problems, and everyday normal life problems.
Psychiatry says –one in four of us –is suffering from a mental health disorder.
–It’s not your fault they say, –it’s a Disease/illness. All 12 step programs require participants to say something like “I have the disease of Alcoholism.” “I have the disease of Overeating.” “I have the disease of Drug Addiction.”
They never get over or lose the addiction/disease.
PTSD (Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder) is common for people in the Military. 4-5 Medications on average PTSD patients are on/taking. Autism is 20 times more diagnosed than it was 15 years ago. Is over diagnosing and over medicating an epidemic in America?
Nightmares, depression, dementia, and suicide thoughts can come from using Anti-Depressants Drugs. They also cause Impotence and low Libido/sexual desires.
In 1951 There was –1 in 10,000 people diagnosed as Depressed in the United Kingdom.
–Nowadays 1 in 10 people will be diagnosed as depressed in the UK. It’s considered a normal emotion in the US and UK to be depressed or bummed out.
In the beginning years of Psychiatry there were 5 Classified Mental Disorders.
Now there are over 400 clinical Mental Disorders a person can be diagnosed with and given prescription drugs for. They are almost never cured and become a great cash-cow their entire life for the doctors, and drug companies.
If it wasn’t for all the Advertising that Drug companies do especially on TV all the time their drugs would not be known much at all except to patients who get them from their doctors. Only the USA and New Zealand allow pharmaceutical drugs on TV. All other countries don’t allow pharmaceutical drugs on any TV advertising.
USA courts say—Drugs Advertising is protected by the 1st Amendment.
TV ads exaggerate a Drug’s benefits, conceal lies of not telling the whole truth that the drug doesn’t help that much. And that the Side Effects –are not worth the benefits of taking it. In so many drug commercials the people on the drugs are dancing and smiling while the terrible Side Effects of the drug are mentioned.
For FDA approval of a new drug all Big Pharmacy has to do is show –short term usage is better –than a placebo. And since they control and oversee the testing of their drugs, and the doctors and medical personnel doing the drugs testing’s. They manipulate the drug’s findings and testing for FDA approval.
To get an FDA Approval, basically –just have a drug that works a little better than nothing or a Placebo/ (a substance that has no therapeutic effect), that is used as a control in the testing of new drugs.
All FDA Studies are done in under a year. Most Drug studies are 3-4 months long.
There are no –long-term new drug studies –for a Year or more. If they did longer drug studies of a year or more of all drugs –older ones and newer ones. –Probably only 10 percent of all new drugs might be approved. Because the long-term effects are not good.
It’s a rigged Big Pharmacy and FDA in cahoots system –that will only get much worse for the gullible lab rat patients who take all their drugs offered. And then they –block out the devastating permanent damage they do to their bodies by taking these poisons/drugs long-term.
Big Pharmacy shapes Healthcare. Whatever their narrative is –becomes the norm. And all hospitals, doctors, medical personnel, and patients –quickly assume the position– and believe and endorse it with complete obedience.
Big Pharmacy has big advertising agencies, public relations firms, high-priced law firms, and deep billion dollars pockets.
Their planned organized Ads are coordinated by an army of science and marketing communicators.
Big Pharmacy Drug Ads –are over 65% of all the total ads spent in the USA.
Their ads are slickly done to create –the Need for their drugs.
To make people desire them greatly. They must have their latest drugs/treatments.
They try to get any diagnosed new patients to go to a doctor for their drugs they
–now feel they need.
Big Pharmacy Ads try to tie everything to science –in order to sell their drugs.
The science they show may have some truth but is misleading because it is incomplete and leaves out things such as –the long-term Terrible Side-Effects –from using their drugs too long. Just because it sounds like science –doesn’t make it real science. It is pseudo-science, –just like global warming and –evolutionary theories are also.
Big Pharmacy believes and lots of doctors do also –that keeping a patient –sick all the time is a cash cow patient and lots of money to be made from them. They love a
polypharmacy patient/ a person who consumes too many pills a day.
Over 2 billion dollars is paid by big pharmacy to doctors –that is legitimately reported.
The Largest Selling drugs are anti-anxiety benzodiazepines/Benzos, statins/lowering bad cholesterol, anti-depressants, and beta blockers/which manage abnormal heart rates.
Ever wonder why –Nausea, Vomiting, and Diarrhea, are the most common Side-Effects of Pharmacy Drugs. The answer is because the Body is trying to get rid of these harmful powerful drugs. The drugs are –a Poison to the body, so the body is desperately trying to get rid of them. When a person gets –food poisoning the –body tries to get eliminate it. In the same ways as it does to get rid –of drugs/poisons put in it.
Big Pharmacy and Big Psychiatry have the “chemical imbalance theory of mental illness,” which includes the –Serotonin deficiency theory– of Depression. What’s wrong with you is what –Big Pharmacy and Big Psychiatry tells you –that you need more Serotonin to cope with your mental problems such as Depression. Big Pharmacy says in their many drugs ads that serotonin is one of the chemical messengers (neurotransmitters) that carry signals between brain nerve cells (neurons). This is a theory.
By framing Depression as a serotonin-deficiency. As something that needs to be returned to normal. The patients feel a great need to be made chemically well/right in their brains again. So, they gladly take antidepressants, and expect to be normal again. They put their faith and expectations in the drug(s). This is what’s called –the placebo effect.
Most gullible Patients reason and think. –Of course, the Doctors know what they are doing. Their prescriptions will help/heal me—their treatments must work—be good—and I trust them completely. Talk about willful ignorance but –hey it’s their bodies, and they can screw them up with Big Pharmacy drugs all they want.
Amazingly, the USA has 5% of the world’s population but –consumes over 1/3 of all pharmacy drugs.
Doctors and Psychiatrists have found out –it is easier to prescribe to their patients’ drugs such as Benzos/Xanax, Valium etc. Then to spend time with these patients for their anxiety problems/reasons for having panicky emotions all the time? Such as why and what is it that –keeps causing the patients –to be anxious or panicky all the time.
Over 20% of patients who go to a hospital/doctor’s office will experience an Adverse Effect. Because there are so many Unnecessary medications, procedures and surgeries they have done to them. People have a CT Scan or MRI Scan just like it’s necessary and has no unwanted Side-Effects.
A long time ago pharmacies were usually in small to medium size Drug Stores.
In the old days the pharmacist was called the druggist and they worked at the drug store, and they might also sell other merchandise and make ice cream sodas.
In the USA there are over 90,000 Pharmacies/that includes ones in grocery stores.

MEHANPHETAMINES –Nowadays meth is stronger than ever, and it gives a bigger rush than the Meth years ago. Only a small amount gets a person tweaked-out. Some speed freaks describe the start of a meth high as –feeling like superman.
A meth user can –lose brain cells, and then become psychotic and have a permanent psychosis/go crazy/lose touch with reality.
Meth is cheaper and easy to get in the USA and Europe and it is in great demand.
With Meth a person can party and dance all night and not even get tired from drinking too much alcohol. It gives/helps gays, sexual perverts, and fornicators to do their debauchery for a longer time.
Super labs are producing it cheap and plentiful. They can produce up to 2,000 pounds of meth at a time.
Before meth there was BENZEDRINE (Bennies/Pep Pills) which were introduced to the public in the early 1930’s. Truck drivers, musicians, actors, motorcycle gangs, late night workers, and the military loved them.
Baseball in the dugout and locker room –pep pills were everywhere and
many players took them. Baseball clubs encouraged the usage from the 1940’s to the 1990’s.
They were used widely in WW2 for soldiers to stay alert awake driving and on guard duty.
COCAINE/called powdered Coke –has been around for a long time and is expensive and the high from it doesn’t last long. But it is very stimulating and euphoric before the buzz goes away. And the user wants that buzz-high back, so they do another snort/line of coke.
The Side Effects can be sleeplessness, seizures, shrinking brain size, nosebleeds, and
collapsed nose/septum destroyed. Cocaine can cost hundreds to over a thousand dollars a day to feed an addict’s use of it.
CRACK is cocaine distilled stronger. It is smoked and very addictive.
PROZAC is an anti-depressant drug for treating anxiety and depression. It is claimed to increase Serotonin levels that are low in the brain. In 1987 Prozac was approved by the FDA and introduced to the American public.
–“It is a wonder drug/a miracle drug.” –everyone gushes about on talk shows, and in magazines, and newspapers articles.
It becomes the In Drug –that can cure depression/the blues and produce a good mood.
It is advertised as having a few insignificant Side Effects.
People testify it makes me more calm, confident, and more productive.
It was the original Happy Pill and it used to have smiley buttons associated with it. Some boasted then about it being so popular that the USA –was Prozac Nation.
After years passed by –Prozac was found to cause –violence, suicide, and mania thoughts that would not go away in some people. Major media cover ups are done on the serious Long-Term Effects of taking Prozac. Most people think of taking it –as harmless as taking a couple of aspirins.
Typical Side-Effects are headaches, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, and sexual problems.
ADDERALL is legal speed for people and kids. It is very popular with college students, the military, stockbrokers, and the medical profession. Users say –we need it for a boost, a jump start, motivation, and for work to focus on –without getting tired.
The Side Effects are heart rate faster, hypertension, sweating, insomnia, irritable/on edge, irrational, impulsive, loss of appetite, weight loss, dry mouth, stomach upset/pain, nausea/vomiting, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, fever, nervousness, and burnout.
TRANQUILIZERS/Sedatives/Anti-Psychotics/Benzos
Psychotropic Meds can make users become zombies, have their emotions blunted, and can’t cry.
More than 10% of users –have Suicidal Thoughts—when getting off these Meds.
Psychotropic Meds can cause abnormal contractions, muscle spasms, migraines, neck pains, Parkinson’s disease, and Dystonia –which is the twisting and contortions of muscles.
—Zoloft, Paxil, Ativan, Klonopin, and Prozac –all alter the Brain’s Chemistry over time. Most of these drugs stop working after a month or two. And then the patient begins to raise the dosage.
They may try to quit but their chemically altered brain is –dependent on the drug(s).
Bad withdrawals can start within 1-3 days of quitting. So, the patient usually gets back on the drugs to avoid the nightmarish withdrawal pains from quitting the drug(s).
ATIVAN is a tranquilizer/sedative/promoting calm/inducing sleep. It is used to treat seizure disorders, such as epilepsy. It is also used before surgeries and medical procedures to relieve anxiety.
The Side Effects can be –paranoid or suicidal thoughts, impaired memory, drowsiness,
dizziness, constant tiredness, muscle weakness, headache, blurred vision, sleep problems, insomnia, and loss of balance or coordination.
–If it is taken in large doses or with alcohol it can slow breathing down too much, and possibly lead to death.
ZOLOFT was approved by the FDA in 1991. In 2016 –because of constant advertising of it as –a miracle drug for depression/the blues. It became the number one prescribed psychiatric medicine that year.
It is used for depression and a brain chemical imbalance/and/or low serotonin levels.
Many patients through Big Pharmacy Ads feel they need Zoloft because something is missing in my life, and I am depressed.
Patients say that at first when you take Zoloft –you get lots of energy, and optimism, but you also start getting less and less sleep.
The Side Effects are –nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, increased sweating, diarrhea, upset stomach, and trouble sleeping.
Sadly, many addicted patients take more of Zoloft and/or other Anti-Depressants –if a loved one dies, or a family dog dies.
PAXIL–was first marketed in the USA in 1992. It was the creation for –a disease depression disorder and/or chemical imbalance in the brain, and for trouble with serotonin levels. It is given a lot for anxiety disorders.
Paxil can give a user –zombie like emotions, make them phlegmatic, with no passion vigor, or vitality in daily life.
ABILIFY is an Antipsychotic that is an –’Add On’ Treatment. “When an antidepressant isn’t enough” is its slogan in Advertising. It is used for schizophrenia, bipolar, and major depression.
The Side Effects are –tardive dyskinesia (involuntary, repetitive movements),
neuroleptic malignant syndrome, shaking (tremors), muscle spasms, fainting, mental/mood changes (such as increased anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts), trouble swallowing, restlessness (especially in the legs). Some patients say the Side Effects we’re like–‘bees under my skin’.
CYMBALTA is used for depression, anxiety, nerve pains, and for general anxiety in children.
The Side Effects are –difficulty sleeping, headaches. feeling dizzy, blurred vision, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and dry mouth.
WELLBUTRIN –is used for depression, anxiety, to quit smoking, and for a seasonal disorder called SAD (depression during the autumn winter season).
The Side Effects are –headache, weight loss, dry mouth, trouble sleeping (insomnia), nausea, dizziness, constipation, fast heartbeat, sore throat, and it can –increase the risk of suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
TRIPTANS medications are used for migraine headaches, and cluster headaches. The Side Effects are—dizziness, fatigue, tingling of the skin, dry mouth, flushing (hot flashes), feeling hot or cold, chest pain, stroke, myocardial infarction, and heart disease.
SEROQUEL is used for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression,
The Side Effects are –constipation, drowsiness, upset stomach, tiredness, weight gain, blurred vision, dizziness light headedness mouth, and nightmares/scary thoughts that don’t go away. Many patients say that it –‘knocks you out’.
CLOZAPINE–It is used to treat Schizophrenia, and to try and lower the risk of suicidal behavior in patients with schizophrenia.
The Side Effects are –drowsiness, blurred vision, convulsions (seizures), and having trouble with thinking or controlling body movements, which may lead to falls, fractures or other injuries.
ZYPREXA is used for Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder.
The Side Effects are –drowsiness, constipation, dry mouth, high blood sugar, and high fat levels in the blood.
Some people have gained 20-30 pounds quickly in 30 days after starting on it.
LYRICA is used for Preventing Seizures –in Epileptic attacks. It’s called an Anticonvulsant.
It is used for Fibromyalgia, anxiety disorder, and diabetic nerve pains.
It works by decreasing the number of pain signals and impulses to the brain that are sent out by damaged nerves in the body.
The Side Effects are –hives, blisters, difficulty breathing, swollen face, lips, and tongue, throat, and hands swelling, depression, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, becoming easily agitated or hostile, and vision problems.
STATINS
Nowadays in the USA—45 million people take these drugs for Cholesterol related issues/Lowering Bad Cholesterol which is called –LDL Cholesterol levels. Statins reduce LDL Cholesterol production in the Liver.
40 years ago, Cholesterol Levels were not considered an emergency or a big deal to be really scared about, such as having a ticking time bomb in you for a heart attack or stroke right away, that paranoid patients feel the reasons for they must take Statins.
Nowadays because of extensive constant Advertising –most everybody believes high cholesterol levels means you must take a Statin Pill for it for the rest of your life.
Most of the 45 million Statin users think they are harmless and block out any bad effects from taking them.
However the Side-Effects are –headaches, nausea, dizziness, gas, diarrhea, constipation, achy/sore muscles or joints, blood clots, varicose veins, a weak feeling, confusion, memory loss, damage to kidneys, and damage to the liver.
They can contribute to getting Type 2 diabetes and high blood sugar.
Statins if stopped cold Turkey or gradually can cause serious health problems.
Unfortunately, Statins are over-prescribed to many people with a low risk of ever getting heart disease.
LIPITOR & ZOCOR are cholesterol lowering drugs/Statins. Their advertising slogans are basically: –“When Dieting and exercise aren’t enough to lower your Cholesterol”.
Lipitor at one time was the bestselling drug ever with over $131 billion in sales over 14 years. There are over 21 million patients in the USA using Lipitor.
The side effects of Lipitor & Zocor –are diarrhea, muscle joint pains, memory loss, and liver and kidney problems/failures.
PLAVIX is mostly used to prevent heart disease or stroke. It is called an anti-platelet that prevents platelets (which are special blood cells) from sticking together and forming blood clots.
The Side Effects –are fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, headaches, tired all the time, easy bruising, nose bleeds, jaundice/yellow skin, little or no urine, and a seizure.
Stomach Medications/for heartburn and ulcers
PRILOSEC & NEXUM are chemically very similar. They are –Protein Pump Inhibitors.
That work in the stomach to decrease digestive acids production. They are used to treat heartburn and ulcers.
The Side Effects are –abdominal pain, constipation, decreased appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, dry mouth (or an unusual taste in the mouth), flatulence, headache, nausea, and kidney problems.
TAGAMET—inhibits/stops stomach acid production/bad heartburn. It is used for peptic ulcers. Tagamet was the first billion-dollar drug in the USA.
The Side Effects are —rashes, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, constipation, muscle pains, and sexual dysfunction.
Type 2 Diabetes Medications
OZEMPIC, WEGOVY, ZEPBOUND, MOUNJARO & RYBELSUS are all basically the same with the main ingredient in them being -Semaglutide. Most are used as a once weekly injectables for Type 2 Diabetes.
They are all very popular ‘miracle weight loss drugs’ among overweight and obese people –because they can lose weight on these drugs without willpower (no hunger cravings). When they quit these drugs most of them regain quickly all the weight they lost.
These drugs are popular among celebrities who want to lose weight fast, get the cuts(definition), and they can easily afford them. (These drugs costs over a $1,000 a month.).
Some people get an ‘Ozempic Face’ (old person aged face while taking these drugs a long time).
The Side Effects are –low blood sugar, upset stomach/abdominal pain, heartburn, burping, gas, bloating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, runny nose or sore throat, headaches, dizziness, tiredness, and stomach flu symptoms.
ANTIBIOTICS are used for treating toothaches, infections, and STDs. They work by killing bacteria or by making it hard for bacteria to grow and multiply. Antibiotics can be taken in different ways: Orally (by mouth). This could be pills, capsules, or liquids.
The Side Effects of Overuse –are diarrhea, painful bowel movements, nausea, vomiting, rashes, upset stomach, fungal infections of the mouth, digestive tract, and vagina. Too many Antibiotics used can kill off the good bacteria needed in the gut.
NOTE: Acetaminophen, Aspirin, and Ibuprofen used too much can all damage the Liver.
ASPIRIN is used for fever, headaches, swelling, and preventing blood clots.
The overuse of Aspirin can cause peptic ulcers, bleeding problems, stomach problems, and damage the liver.
IBUPROFEN (Advil, Motrin) is used for hangovers, menstrual cramps, toothaches, headaches, and muscle pains.
Ibuprofen works in the brain reducing swelling at the site of an injury.
The Side Effects of overuse are liver problems, constipation, stomach ulcers, and hurts the kidneys.
ACETAMINOPHEN/Tylenol overuse is the leading cause of liver failure in the USA. It is used for headaches, pain, and fevers. Acetaminophen is found in headache, flu and cold medicines.
It can cause bleeding in the stomach. There are over 100,000 visits to the emergency room because of Acetaminophen bad effects and toxicity. It becomes more detrimental when it’s mixed with a lot of alcohol.
Hydrocodone/Vicodin which has Tylenol in it –with long time use –can lead to a liver disease.
The possible Side Effects of Acetaminophen are –dark urine, feeling tired, upset stomach, no appetite, throwing up, and severe itching.
CIGARETTES/Nicotine/Tobacco

Cigarette makers had celebrities endorse and even real doctors endorse their nicotine products. There were singing jingles for cigarettes. “Come up, come up all the way to Kools/cigarettes.”
Lots of funny laughing happy commercials for cigarettes. “Have a good time and Light up a Lucky/cigarette.”
In the 1950’s and early 1960’s— Cigarette Advertisers controlled most of radio and TV programming and they had Deep Pockets.
Cigarette Ads— would show a person under tension and then that need is met –when they take a big puff/drag off a cigarette.
Menthols are safer they say—”Come to Salem Country” and the people are happy content and relaxed after a drag on a Salem/menthol cigarette.
“You’re in Marlboro Country”—shows a rugged healthy handsome cowboy working on a horse and smoking a Marlboro with inspirational music in the background.
“I Love Lucy” TV stars Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez are shown having a Cigarette and saying, “This last Winston cigarette of the day is so nice.”
There were Cigarette commercials with cartoon characters –the Flintstones Smoking and recommending Winston Cigarettes.
Cigarette smoking was shown as elegant for women. People who were cool, sexy, classy, popular and with the “In Crowd” all smoked.
Cigarettes were a must for the military in WW1 and WW2—some soldiers said –just as important as artillery. 30-40 cigarettes a week given to every soldier was common.
At the end of WW2—over 75% of British men smoked.
Nicotine in Cigarettes was not considered that bad for your Health up to 1965. Cigarettes and Alcohol were –the original drugs for stress and anxiety. People smoked to not gain weight. “Reach for a Lucky/cigarette not a candy.”
Cigarette Manufacturers hid the dangers of smoking for years—just like Big Pharmacy/doctors do nowadays with prescription drugs.
Cigarette smoking causes lung cancer, and emphysema. Smoking causes lots of toxins, carcinogens, and poisons to enter the body. Many of the bad poisons/toxins/carcinogens from cigarette smoking come from the paper they are rolled in.
In the 1970’s—Tobacco Ads were Removed from TV, radio, and magazine advertising, etc. and as a result the tobacco sales went down. All Drug Ads nowadays should be Banned from all TV, radio, and magazines etc.
CAFFEINE –is the most widely Used Drug—in the World—Over 80% of adults use it regularly.
Too much caffeine will produce –stomach problems, headaches, and withdrawal pains.
Overdosing on caffeine or dying from it is very rare.
How much coffee to have? Some experts say Not to have more than 400 milligrams of caffeine a day, that’s like four to five cups of not real strong coffee or tea. That too much caffeine for me, I like 2-3 light-medium strength cups of coffee with milk or half and half.
People drink coffee or tea to stay alert, for an upper/stimulant high/buzz, for concentration and focus.
Too many cups of coffee or tea and a person’s heart rhythm goes up faster. Too much caffeine is bad for kids with ADHD, for diabetic’s people, and those with heart problems.
Caffeine stimulates the adrenal glands which release the hormone adrenaline into the body.
Too much caffeine and a person can become agitated, irritable, and can’t sleep.
Nutritionists say Don’t have any caffeine drinks or sodas after 2:00 PM and you’ll never have a sleep problem from too much caffeine. You can always drink decaf coffees, or herb teas.
Drinking two cups of strong tea or coffee is just like having either a Five-Hour energy drink, a Monster soda, or Red Bull drink.
Many doctors and pediatricians warn and say that kids and teens –should never drink energy drinks because there’s just too much caffeine and sugar in them.
They say you shouldn’t have if you’re a kid or a teen have no more than 100 milligrams grams of caffeine a day.
The average cup of coffee or tea has 90 milligrams or so of caffeine.
But it can be much stronger and be 200 milligrams of caffeine. Starbuck’s makes really strong caffeinated coffees and beverages. Even their Decaf coffee is too strong for me.
Five-hour energy drink has around 200 milligrams of caffeine.
Red Bull has about 110 milligrams of caffeine, with 27 grams of sugar/that’s
–7 teaspoons of sugar. Red Bull and Monster also have seven teaspoons of sugar. Bigger sizes have even more caffeine and sugars.
A 12 oz Mountain Dew has about 55 grams of caffeine and about –11 teaspoons of sugar.
A 20 oz Mountain Dew has 85 grams of caffeine, and –18 teaspoons of sugar!
Pepsi Zero sugar has 69 milligrams of caffeine.
Too many Energy drinks consumed all the time can contribute to having rotten decayed teeth, liver dysfunction, cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension, chest pains, and gastric ulcers.
SUGAR is a Dentist’s best friend.
White Sugar has been called “white death” It—is a Drug. Addicted sugar addicts all the time say, –“I got to have my “Sugar Fix/high.”
Sugar consumed in excess—makes the blood stickier—thus increasing the chances of a heart attack. A big risk factor for coronary heart disease is Insulin Resistance—which contributes to 40% of heart attacks.
Sugar causes high Tooth Decay in children. Many under 14—have already had 1 or more teeth extracted/taken out.
Sugary drinks such as—sodas, energy drinks are the #1 reason people consume so much extra sugar and so quickly. There are 10 or more teaspoons of sugar in most 12 ounces cans or bottles of sodas. Over consuming sugars/white sugar/brown sugar/sucrose are a major reason over 45% of Americans have Type 2 diabetes.

The ADA (American Diabetes Association) is controlled by the Sugar Industry—they lie and say Diabetes is caused by a bad gene and nobody can help from being a Diabetic because it’s a gene problem from birth that a person is born with.
It used to be called—”Sugar Diabetes”.
CANNABIS/marijuana is called weed, buds, or pot. It is used for relaxation, mild euphoria, and to stimulate the appetite/get the munchies. Also used for cancer pain, MS, arthritis, migraines, sleeping, and hangovers.
Different kinds of Cannabis are sativa, hybrid, indica, and hash. It is consumed mostly by smoking, vaping, and edibles/cookies.
Usually to a small degree music, colors, and hearing are enhanced when consuming cannabis.
THC is the main ingredient in cannabis for potency.
The Side Effects are –addiction, can be expensive, lungs get clogged up, lots of coughing, clearing throat, stuffed up nose, impairment of memory and concentration, fear and paranoia, altered sense of time, and break cannabis laws.

If someone wants to drink moderately, I think inexpensive boxed low alcohol content wines by Franzia such as ‘Refreshing White’, ‘Sunset Blush’, ‘White Zinfandel’, and ‘Crisp White’ are good choices. The colder the better when served and club soda added and/or ice cubes makes a delicious beverage.
A glass of water every hour with a glass of wine or beer consumed will make it so someone doesn’t go over the DUI limit or get drunk. Eggs and orange juice/vitamin c in the morning are always good to have after drinking moderately the night before.
Too much alcohol consumed over time can have Side Effects of –high blood pressure, bloodshot eyes, lose wife or husband, kids, jobs, friends, get into fights, dui’s, injuries, accidents, have unwanted babies, sexual diseases, great thirst, fatty liver, cirrhosis, liver cancer, ugly tired worn out face, weakens the immune system, slows body’s ability to ward off infections/viruses –so flus, colds, etc. take longer to heal, get jail and prison time, diarrhea, tiredness, sweating, trouble sleeping, and sexual performance problems.

OPIUM has been around a long time as a pain reliever and high.

Drug dealers like Fentanyl because they can put a million pill doses in a suitcase and make a fast small fortune off their supply.
The Side Effects are –chest pain or discomfort, difficult or troubled breathing, irregular/fast or slow, or shallow breathing, lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting, coma, a overdose, and death.
HEROIN
Before Fentanyl there was Heroin. It is the main illegal source for escaping anything through a numbed zombie pickled sleepy high that only heroin can give. Heroin addicts sell their souls and bodies every day to get high off on it.
The Side Effects are—social/criminal problems, sleep issues, financial problems, abscesses, infections, hepatitis C, nightmarish withdrawals, overdoses, and death.
METHADONE
It is used to get off of heroin addiction. But users quickly become addicted to it when no heroin is around. It’s used to treat moderate to severe pain and is a dangerous narcotic. Most people think of methadone as a safe non-addictive drug.
The Side-Effects of Methadone –are upset stomach, vomiting, heavy sweating, itchy skin, and constipation. It can be lethal in large amounts and/or when used with other drugs or alcohol.
OXYCODONE is a powerful opioid pill.
Around1995—Oxycontin becomes widely available and is advertised and thought of as a safe non-addictive time release miracle pain reliever.
Between 1997 and 2002 prescriptions for Oxycontin went from 670,000 to over 6 million.
Most Oxycontin addicts are Caucasian young middle class to richer people. It is harder to get nowadays and is expensive especially when purchased illegally.

MORPHINE is used when other pain killers aren’t strong enough. It’s like –legal heroin. Some uses are for accidents and burn victims, childbirth, surgeries, and cancer pain.
The Side Effects are –drowsiness, headaches, difficulty urinating, mood changes, stomach pains, nausea, vomiting constipation, lightheadedness, dizziness, drowsiness, upset stomach, hearing loss, ringing in the ears, increased sweating, and dry mouth.
VICODIN is used for moderate to severe pain. It is hydrocodone and Tylenol.

BLOOD THINNERS are anti-coagulants—making blood less likely to Clot. Vitamin K is needed for Blood to Clot up/form. Thus, blood thinners—prevent Clots from forming by preventing the Liver from making –Clotting Proteins/Vitamin K.
Blood Thinners diminish people’s vitality and strength—and make them Weaker.
ZESTRIL (Lisinopril)—treats high blood pressure and heart failure/heart attacks.
The Side Effects are —low blood pressure, dizziness, constant coughing, rashes, blurred vision, diarrhea, vomiting, erectile dysfunction, headaches, severe skin reactions, and angioedema (swelling of the face, lips, and tongue).
WARFARIN is used to prevent blood clots from forming or growing larger in the blood and blood vessels.
The Side Effects are nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, bloating, altered sense of taste, hair loss, and chills.
XARELTO It can treat and prevent blood clots. This may lower the risk of stroke, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), and similar conditions.
The Side Effects are –belly pain, muscle spasms, trouble sleeping, fatigue (low energy), back pain, muscle spasms, dizziness, itchiness and allergic reactions. It can also cause PE’s/Pulmonary Embolisms because of Heart Strains and very low Blood Pressure.
BETA BLOCKERS
LOPRESSOR/Metoprolol is the most prescribed Beta Blocker for A Fib, angina/chest pain, and high blood pressure. It is also used for treating hypertension, cardiac failure, glaucoma, migraines, and anxiety. Beta Blockers keep the heart from beating too fast.
The Side Effects are –drowsiness, dizziness, tiredness, diarrhea, slow heartbeat, headaches, weakness, stomach pains, depression, shortness of breath, bradycardia, hypotension, rashes, and cold hands and feet.
PSYCHOTROPIC DRUGS (Benzos)
Benzodiazepines are a class of Tranquilizers such as Librium, Valium, and Klonopin.
Benzos—are second to opiates for having emergency room visits. 1/3 of Suicides involve Benzos. After 10 years on a Benzo—Tremors are permanent Side-Effects. Sadly, Tics/Involuntary Movements –get worse 5% every year that benzos are used.
Patients try to get off of Benzos—but during withdrawal Tics and Movements can get worse and worse. So, most get back on the drugs again quickly to avoid the terrible painful side-effects.
25% of patients using Psych/Benzo Drugs said they helped me out short-term.
40% said they –didn’t help or hurt me they were no real help either way.
30 to 35% of patients said the drugs didn’t help them but hurt them and made them worse off.

XANAX is the most Prescribed Drug in the USA. –It can act quickly and put a person to sleep within 20 minutes. It is used for anxiety, panic disorders, sleeping, relaxing, and sedation. It is stronger than Valium.
The Side Effects are –drowsiness, tiredness. dizziness, memory problems. poor balance or coordination, slurred speech, and trouble concentrating.
KLONOPIN –is a sedative that treats seizures, panic disorders, and anxiety.
It is a very powerful benzo –just like Xanax. It calms the brain and nerves.
The Side Effects are –coordination problems, dizziness, sleepiness, more saliva production, increased urination, slurred speech, dry mouth, hives or rashes, problems breathing, throat discomfort or hoarseness, swelling of throat, tongue, face, eyes, or lips, and thoughts of suicide.
SCHIZOPHRENIA is a psychosis that was discovered/theorized in 1887. Schizophrenia is a brain condition/theorized that can cause delusions, hallucinations, and trouble thinking. It’s one of the top 15 causes of disability worldwide.
It isn’t caused by genes to determine which people will get it. Doctors say don’t know the causes and –it can have lots of similar disorders symptoms. Schizophrenia has unusual thoughts, irritability, disordered speech and behavior, and personality changes/multiple.
People with Schizophrenia are either oppressed or possessed by a demon in most cases. Schizophrenics give demons easier access to them via their great spirit of fear and/or evil thoughts.
It is usually diagnosed in the late 20s for men. Children or siblings of people with schizophrenia are 10 times likelier to develop the condition –40% more chance of being affected—they say.
Older psychotics medicines that were administered blocked the dopamine receptors. The theory was that a person who was schizophrenic has too much dopamine. HALORENDOL (Haldol) In 1958 it came out and replaced Thorazine. It is used for severe behavior problems in children.
From long term usage a patient can get/have –hallucinations, negative thoughts, physical stiffness, drowsiness, epileptic seizures, tremors like Parkinson’s disease, and fall down and break bones.
RISPERIDONE/Risperdal –is for Schizophrenia and Bipolar. It was advertised/promoted as a Safe Drug with great advancements for patients.
How it works is not fully known.
With Risperidone and all Antipsychotics, you can get Side Effects of –tremors, shakes, stiff muscles, spasms, higher blood sugar levels, uncontrollable movements/twitches, and suicidal thoughts.
LITHIUM —Lithium is an old medication commonly used for the treatment of mood disorders including bipolar disorder.
Lithium has been associated with developing goiter, hypothyroidism, and hyper-thyroidism.
